**INTERVIEW #2 with Award-Winning Author~LIZ R. NEWMAN**

It is a Pleasure And an honor to bring back Author Liz R. Newman. Thank you Liz for today's Interview. I wish you much Success.

~~~Author Interview #2~~~
Is writing a passion, a stress-reliever, or both?
With four small children at home, writing can be a source of stress, but I have to do it. Crafting is as necessary for me as breathing at this point.
Has a movie ever inspired you to write a story?
There are certain scenes that inspire stories. I find that the greatest books are inspired by some movies. For example, watch Apocalypto,and then The Hunger Games back-to-back. Although they are two entirely different stories, I think those who like to formulate stories will be able to see a parallel between the two flicks. I think this is a subconscious development on the part of the author.
Are your characters developed from people you know?
At first, then they take on a life of their own as they begin to think, speak, and move for themselves. My characters are larger than life. They are the people we wish we could have been for one moment, when we forced ourselves not to say what's on our mind in that crucial turning point in our lives, or we were too afraid to take the chance at that one moment, when it would have made a difference. They joke at inappropriate times. They act as they please, without thought to convention, and hubris is a huge driving force for them.
Have you written a series, or sequel for one title?
'Vampire Eden' will be a three part book. The new paranormal romance that I am working on will also be a three part series of full-length novels.
Do you have current work in progress?
My WIP is THE VEIL, a paranormal romance set in San Francisco. The main characters are A.J. Covington, a young woman with supernatural powers, and her love interest, Ben Bach. He's a bad boy type, who shares her heightened senses. Together, they must find a way to defeat a powerful force, which draws them into the world of the undead.
